Replace exterior siding with hardee board, sides and back only, retain original siding in front of house, replace old windows on sides and back of home. Paint exterior, repair and re-frame rotted areas on right side of home and far left side rear studs on wall from damage from katrina storm and allowed to remain un touched until now. Installation of windows to match original 4/4, double-hung, wood windows on front of home. Correction of trim and window shape to match original, and installation of operable, louvered shutters with appropriate hardware. Interior painting, floor re-sanding and staining drywall repair.
