Electrical permit

Customer wants to use eplans,1. Excavate the rear portion of house to construct a new 14 x 28 2 story addition with a full basement. 2. Install 8 block foundation on new concrete footers 3. Apply new foundation sealant and sump pump in the basement 4. Backfill and spread excavated soil throughout rear yard and deflect water away from foundation. 5. Pour a new 4 thick concrete slab floor in the basement. 6. Cut a 4 ft wide opening with a header into the existing basement for access. 7. Construct a new 2 story wood framed to code addition over the new foundation. 8. Exterior walls will be 2x6 studs 8 ft ceilings. 9. Insulate the new addition to code. 10. The addition will consist of: a. Master bedroom b. Walk in closet c. Future room for master bath d. Family room with eat-in kitchen on 1st floor e. Unfinished full basement 11. Install new vinyl siding on exterior walls 12. Install new shingles to match house as close as possible 13. Install 4 new windows on 2nd floor and 3 new windows o
