1. We will bring in our own dumpster and all layers of the existing roofing will be removed down to the wood deck and hauled away. (any deteriorated wood decking will be removed and replaced at an additional cost of 1. 75 per sq. Ft.) 2. A 12 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed to the wood deck at all eave edges. 3. New 90-degree drip edge metal (color of your choice) will be installed at roof edges (rakes and eaves). 4. A 3 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed at the eave edges and in all valleys. 5. A synthetic shingle underlayment will be nailed to the remainder of the wood deck. 6. New limited lifetime owens corning duration architectural style asphalt shingles (color: onyx black) will be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications. The new shingles will be fastened with six nails per shingle. All nails to be galvanized, large-head roofing nails. 7. New galvanized metal flashings will be installed at pipe vent flues
