It burned a towel on the rack while tenant at work. Also, no dead bolt front door, must lock w/ key from inside. Caok w/call see comment. Electrical wwp: live wiring in walls installed by unliscenced maintenance staff, no gfi outlets in kitchen, told if cook tenant will be responsible if fire starts, fire extinguishers have been removed from stairwells, rodents seen in walls, also live wire hanging inside breaker box. See comments. Additional complaint for 2644 heater in bathroom turns on by itself, has burnt towels in the past, door locks on front door can not be opened from inside without key. Egress are front door and windows in bedroom (on second floor).
