Closet addition to the north side of the house to add closet to master bedroom and bedroom on daylight basement level; remodel kitchen and remove vestibule and replace stair; reconfigure main floor bath; decorative dormers on roof; convert westside of daylight basement to family room and laundry room and at east side reconfigure walls to add new bathroom and reconfigure existing bedroom. Trades to be obtained separately

Value added revision to remove 2 dormers from plan. Add new rear deck, new doors at dining room, and walkway off kitchen with roof, remove post at kitchen and add cantilevered beam, extend wall to create room for new stairs, infill and relocate window and door at sunroom, relocate wall at basement bathroom for double vanity, infill window at utility room, add new window at basement bedroom, add bar area to basement living room; new slab and foundation/footng at east portion of basement.

Redo all duct work to existing gas furnace , install gas line , bath room fans
