Remove & replace fire damaged portion of joist with 2 x 8 lumber and reinforce couple to new lumber lag bolt thru (every 16")one joist. Repair 2nd story balcony floor replace 3 4" plywood (3 x 4 area approx) underlayment. Replace damaged tongue & groove flooring. Replace 4 x 4" corner post roof support disjoined from 2nd floor balcony floor using new pressure treated 4 x 4". Replace existing damaged railings with new pressure treated 2 x 4 & balusters every 3 1 2"-4". All work using pressure treated oudoor lumber and coated outdoor deck screws or galvanized nails prime and paint as per code.
