New hvac system, and a sewage lift station from the new lower floor bathroom. Interior demolition of non-structural walls, finishes, electrical, plumbing and equipment. Remove windows and doors. Remove patio finish on wood framing.

Revision 9-12-2017: add structural post @ both floors and footing of existing work area and floor. Remove (e) cmu wall of (e) interior space to be remodel and relocated electrical switch.

Residential re-roof permit. 1625 sq. Ft. Tear off. Existing shake wood shake shingle to be replaced with shake wood shake shingle
