Business is repeatedly using most of the street parking along both sides of the street at se reynolds between 24 & 25, se 24th between reynolds & holgate, se 24th between reynolds & cora, se 26th between holgate & cora and various other streets in the area to store and park their for sale vehicles. . D&c usually but not always have vehicles with no plates, have a buyers guide in the window, and instead of a plate have a placard for d & c motorz where the plate would be on both the front & rear of the vehicle. Sometimes they have a classic car out there with older plates.
