(bldg/plbg/elec/mech) revision - 2/17/16 addition of a drain and plumbing vent for a new sink at the new lower level near the stairs upgrade existing 1 amp to 2 amp service. Add additional outlets in laundry room at lower floor and at kitchen at upper floor. (06-20-2016) 7-13-16 submitted gas diagram with calcs revision 7/18/16 stairway changes:one of two pendent fixture is being deleted and substituted with led down lights, switch is being added for single remaining in stairway. New can light in kitchen and new pendent in kitchen
