The fence will extend out approx. 15 from the rear corner of the house run towards the sidwalk for 55 go across the front yard approx. 34 and return approx. 27 the face fo the building. The fence will be fabricate using 1/2" solid square pickets and 1" solid square posts. It will be a fully welded solid steel product. Weaco will also facricate and install three channel capped all rails will be qpprox. 305 long and 27" channel to channel. Two gates will be included. One will be installed on the front sidewalk inswing; hinged left while looking out. The gate will include a residential latch and a drop pin into the sidewalk. The other will be installed in the center of the rear 15 section. Approx. 124 linear ft.
