Replace existing bldg. D and e office/warehouse with new steel building and leave the east, west and south walls remaining. The north wall will be demo for access during construction and rebuilt in same location. Will include elec., mech, plumbing and full fire sprinkler plans to be submitted at later date. Occupancy type is b/f2 accessory/offices and fr low hazard. Building office space to be reduced from 6113. 4 to 4999( a difference of -1114 sq. Ft.). Warehouse space increased from 6352. To 7042 (+689 sq. Ft.). Design occupancy load is 49 for office and for warehouse. Will bring in hard copies

Coppertail brewing kitchen build out. Connect 1 new hood suppresion system to the existing fire alarm system. Inspect and test the existiv av devices in this kitchen.

Copper tail brewing, kitchen build out, new interior build out for kitchen set up of existing catering space. Grease hood & dishwasher hood. 3 compartment sink existing grease trap. Moving 1 sprinkler head and placing 1 new head.
