Minor revision to plans at 235 - 255 carroll street, nw previously approved in permit # pa 88878 issued 11 12 13. Plans have been revised with minor changes to avoid recently identified conflicts with underground utility laterals. Permit applies to both addresses 235 and 255 carroll street, nw. Plans include 7 trees, 4 streetlights, 3 trash receptacles, 5 bike racks. Seven (7) existing curb cuts to be removed and replaced with and one curb cut on carroll street and one curb cut on maple street. Existing power poles to remain. One existing fire hydrant to be relocated approx. East, other fire hydrant to remain. Traffic control box to remain. Traffic signal to remain.

Construction staging area

3 new tree planters with trees, remove existing light pole and install 2 new w/ streetlight power underground, move existing fire hydrant east about feet, move traffic control box west no more than 3 feet, remove two existing curb cuts and applying for waiver to locate new driveway curb cut at 1-0" east of west property line, and new permanent trash receptacle.

2 new tree planters with 3 trees, existing power pole to remain, install 1 new street light w/ underground power, move existing fire hydrant about east, traffic control box to remain, remove two existing curb cuts and install new curb cut, install 1 permanent trash receptacle.
