To install 2 duct system & 2- 0 80% btu furnace & 2-2ton a/cs as per code. Gas to be done by others

Interior work - install all new drains waste vent piping with all new hot and cold water piping for (2) full baths new kitchen and laundry. New gas pipe for furnace and stove as per code.

Interior work: 1 sq. Ft.; interior sheetrock where needed (patching); tile kitchen and bathroom floors; install 8 interior doors (same size and location); all work will be done as per code.
