Approval to remove (1) 12in hinoki/ (1) diseased 18in cherry/ (2) douglas fir (23in & 25in dbh)/ (1) dying 19in big leaf maple/ (1) diseased 27in douglas fir/ (1) hazardous 32in western red cedar/ and (1) dead 9in scotch pine from various locations in safomas property. Three (3) tree replacement is required. Tree replacement shall be either native evergreen 6-8 tall in height or native deciduous 2. 5 inch caliper anywhere on site. No tree stumps & root systems shall be removed.

Approval to remove (5) hazardous birch (15in 14in 9in 9in & 8in) trees from the southwest corner of property. Tree replacements are not required for dead dying or diseased trees.

Approval to remove (7) hazardous landmark trees from the middle of the property. Tree replacements are not required for hazardous dead dying or diseased trees.

Approval to remove (6) hazardous 14in cottonwoods (1) hazardous 10in red alder and (1) hazardous 12in cherry from various locations of the parcel. Tree replacement is not required for hazardous dead diseased or dying trees. Tree stump & root system for each tree shall be kept on site.
