Customer wants to use eplans interior work only,the scope of work for the permit involves the extension of roof overhang 24 inches beyond the face of house. This extension is designed using in-kind wood framing members that are through bolted to the main roof structure. This alteration occurs along 3 areas of the home. In addition, the windows in the home are being replaced with slightly wider units. Additional wood studs are required to support larger wood lintel. All wood sizes are being replaced minimum in-kind.
