To comply violations of case # 423210, completed work is to be inspected and approved as an appropriate repair to each violation as per engineers report submitted. South bearing wall is cracked needs to be fixed. Bricks at chimney to be replaced and stucco applied. Repair crack at the 3rd floor between the side wall and the front wall. Replace and or capp all wood around windows. Repair deteriorated bricks in chimney. Replace deteriorated floorboards at several locations with plywood subfloor and secure to joists. 2nd floor back room remove all detached plaster and lathe ceiling. 3rd floor back room remove loose wallboard ceiling. Exterior side & back wall of 2 story portion of house, remove vines, repairs loose and deteriorated bricks & apply stucco. Cement has been purchased. Owner is performing repairs.
