February 4, 2013 4:04: pm pamk. Cswo, complaint, molly cassidy, tenant redacted phone number, mildew/mold in the apt. Owner has come in and cleaned, done minor repairs, but still reoccurs. She has been having problem since 9/2011. She has sent several emails to owner. She will be at home on 2/5/13 from 9:30am-12:30pm and then after 3pm. Pjk; april 2, 2013 9:57:27 am ericevans.
