Temporary occupancy of public right-of-way: sidewalk

Resurface exterior with new sto stucco system (specification attached) replace existing lighting with new led, replace existing awning with new smaller awning and add new additional security cameras. Conditional on stamped approved drawing on site at time of inspection. Planning approval granted subject to the condition that the proposed wall packs are installed a a degree angle, perpendicular to the building face. Light illumination may not exceed candles on the property or 1 foot candle at the property line.

1. Mill and remove 2 of the existing asphalt parking system 2. Furnish and install bond coat for proper adhesion of new asphalt to old throughout existing parking lot 4. Furnish, place and compact 2 average thickness 5. Furnish and install all latex pavement markings to match previously installed marking layout note: no changes will be made to the existing building. No changes will be made to existing storm systems.
