New roof. Scrape and remove slag stones off of main roof. Screw and plate 1 2" insulated black board and fiberglass base. Install new cooper drain box. Install new white drip edge. Remove pre-existing skylight. Install new curb for skylight so it is elevated off of roof deck. Install new standard skylight. Install new gaf modified bitumen roof system with heat weld. Cement and tape all penetrations to make water tight. Remove all job related trash and debris. - for the installation of new roof coverings on exiting roofs as per attached standard. Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans.
