Authorization to proceed:dickeyville historic district - at rear: install an 82 x wooden white picket fence to enclose yard with 4 gate at end of walkway. Fence to be same style and height as neighboring fence at no. 2411; gate to match fence; fence on side adjacent to no. 2505 to be inside property line; rear section of fence to follow line of rear fence section at no. 2411. Work to be completed as per plans in chap files. Install new 42 inch high picket fence with curved top of post style. Fence to extend 82 feet along property ine towards back of yard and feet across back of yard to neighbors fence. Include a 4 foot wide gate at back end of yard. Eight foot fence panel sections with 4 x 4 treated posts secured with concrete. As per sketch and as per code.
