May stage a crane operation in the commerce street right-of-way (row) to hoist materials through a window at 76 wisconsin ave. Alternate approval date is: may 13, 2006 at the same times noted above. All lane closures & other required traffic controls shall comply w/the approved traffic control plan & directions of the mcdps-row inspector. Complete repair/restoration of the row is required for any & all damages to improvements in the row caused by const/crane operations on this site. All operations must comply with the countys noise control ordinance. Work after normal mcdps working hours, weekends or holidays is subject to a min. 3 hr. Inspection overtime offset fee of 55/hr.
