The owner has requested revisions to the master bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry rooms in these 2 units. I have made all the associated revisions which included relocating lights and outlets and difuser locations to match the plan changes. On the exterior some of the window sizes have been revised and we have also removed a decorative roof feature from the back of the building. The final change was to use a fire rated wood stud wall to separate the units in the attic area instead of a masonry wall.
