Complaint received: 1. Tenant improvement (at 24 se 89th) without permit. There are two buildings on the property, one on division (2448) and another north (24 se 89th) of that building. About 4 months ago, we observed remodeling work lasting about 6 weeks in the northern (2440) building where the interior was vastly altered without a permit. More concerning is the fact that xray equipments were installed in the chiropractic office of that building. In addition, this office is now used as a chiropractic office which does not meet ada standard. 2. Now observe work in the 2448 suite #1 (right at corner of 89th and division) as well. There is a plumbing permit on this office. This office is being remodeled for medical type use as well without a permit. The chiropractic clinic (accident care) used to be in this suite (2448 suite #1) but now moved to the building to the north (2440). It seems 2448 was not meeting ada standards when accident care chiropractic used as its chiropractic office a
