Wpc would like to request a temporary certificate of occupancy on the graham at gracepoint project in order to meet paperwork contractual obligations on behalf of our owner. We would like to perform this inspection the afternoon of friday 5 19 as late as possible in the day (wpc will pay for overtime inspection). Wpc will ensure that all code required life safety provisions are in place by the time of the inspection. We do want to note that that landscaping irrigation will not be complete by that time, but will be in progress nearing completion. Our owner does not plan on moving any actual residents into this property until after june 1st, and our goal is to have a final certificate of occupancy by that time. We can have the owner confirm this if necessary.
