Construct storm drains in accordance with montgomery county standards and specifications and approved plans. Prior to placement of any curb & gutter or pavement all utility crossings must be certified as being in place. Construct concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, driveway aprons, sidewalk and street paving as per approved montgomery county standards and specifications and approved plans. Install street lights in accordance with plans to be approved by the division of traffic and parking services, montgomery county department of public works and transportation. Plant street trees in accordance with montgomery county code, sec. 49-35(j)(i).

Test pits: excavate 6 test pits by air vacuum method within the county right of way. Pre-construction meeting required contact mc dps inspector chris cary @ 301-370-3686 work shall comply with the current montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit. Complete repair & restoration of the right of way shall be made, "in-kind", of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way caused by construction operations on this site. Work shall be completed as directed by the dps inspector. All lane closures/traffic controls shall comply with the mcdot approved traffic control plans, work zone temporary traffic control standards and directions of the dps row inspector.

This permit expires one year from date of issuance construct temporary stabilized construction entrance (sce) & subject to the conditions as follows. The temporary entrace shall be paved w/asphalt per the approved plan. Proper precautions must be taken to keep the roadways free of mud, debris or other obstructions. Prior to release of this permit, the temporary entrance must be removed & complete repair shall be made of any & all damages done to the existing improvements in the right-of-way. Construction entrance shall be blocked w/an approved gate & not be used for ingress & egress after the temporary parking lot has been stabilized w/gravel paving. Remove existing driveway apron & construct manhole and provide temporary cmp connection from sediment trap. Public right of way

On arcola ave (house #2400) new construction firehouse 2 corner of arcola & georgia ave, service in accordance with washington gas plan no. 107306. Construct utility pavement patch in kind as directed by the inspector in the field. All above & below grade facilities shall be placed in public utility easements or adjacent to the right-of-way line unless approved otherwise by the mcdps right-of-way (row) inspector. Work shall comply with the current montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit. All lane closures/traffic controls shall comply with the mcdot approved traffic control plans, work zone temporary traffic control standards and directions of the dps row inspector.
