Cut existing asphalt swale and place asphalt around end flares as directed by dps inspector. Construct the following type driveway in accordance with montgomery county standards and specifications and the direction of the dps inspector. Mcdot standard: mc 301. 03 with 20"x 28" pipe. Work shall be completed as directed by the dps inspector. All future maintenance of this apron will be the responsibility of the property owner. A permit from state of maryland forest, park and wildlife services is required for tree removal and/or planting of any trees on improved rights of way prior to driveway construction.
