Elevated screened porch and their swingset structure in recent months much too close to property line specifically, their approximately 15- foot high screened-in porch measures only 3 feet and inches from our property line (which is divided from their property by a 4 foot wooden fence). They built the screened porch elevated a few feet above the ground, so its floor is just above the 4 foot fence and it is highly intrusive of our backyard privacy. In addition, their swingset and play house, which is over fifteen feet high, is mere inches from our property line.
