Complaint recd: there is a band practicing in the garage. I can hear the bands lyrics, drums, and guitar throughout my house with the windows shut. Outside my front door, it is so loud that it sounds like i am in the audience of a concert. The sessions go on for 3-4 hrs at a time and are not on a consistent night. The first time it was this loud was from 7-11pm on 10/8, on 10/9 they started playing again from 1pm to 4pm. Stopped for a week. Tonight it started up again (10/21 from before 7 until almost 10pm. I called the police & they stopped by at about 8pm to talk to them. This did no good & the band person told them he felt it was his right to play because it was before 10pm and it is his livlihood.
