Install one (1) new routed sintra sign to read "magnolia sugar & spice: praline kitchen & hot sauce bar" per drawing received 10/11/13 & stamped vcc approved 10/18/13. Sign will be oval in shape and measure: 40w x 30h (overall) x thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door from existing bracket sign will have a red background with white lettering no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.

Sign will hang from chains on existing bracket centered over the shop door on facade, and bottom of sign will be at least 9 above the sidewalk, and no part of the sign will project more than 48 from the face of the building.
