New health care trailer for (e) sfd notes once the trailer is placed, this permit requires a final inspection in order to be in effect and eligible for an annual renewal. Permit valid for one (1) year from date of completed final inspection (w a "pass" result). Health care trailer permits must be renewed annually under a separate permit that will include a renewal fee. A new physician letter will be required. No inspection will be required for a health care trailer renewal. Once no longer in use, a health care trailer must be removed with a demolition permit and must obtain a final inspection after removal.
