Exterior wall to be rebuilt with 8" cmu to 1st floor and 2"x8" studs for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. New exterior walls to be 1 hour rated. No opening permitted in new exterior wall. All work per plans and report prepared by chadd ingram, pe. Separate permit required for any work not related to making the condition on site safe. Separate permit required to certificate of occupancy of structure. Per b-3307. 2, it is the responsibility of the property owner to obtain a license to enter adjoining property if required. Per 3306. 2 protection of pedestrians shall be provided within a distance of 1 4 of the height of construction from the building. Separate building and or streets department permits may be required.
