This project is to convert the former sweetbay grocery to a medical office facility. We are submitting the utility application for the entire building which will be remodeled. There is an existing 2 water meter and fire service along the west side of the property. A 2 potable meter is the correct size for the remodeled facility. The remodeled facility will have fire sprinklers. Please let us know if the potable and/or fire services will need to be upgraded. There is also a 1. 5 reclaimed water meter at the facility. We will be using that for irrigating the improved landscaping.
