Mixed use building repair rear porches at living unit on second floor and at main floor - guard rails and some deckinonlyg. See 09-149680-hs.

Approval to replace and install current missing guard railing for two levels of existing porch deck in the rear (east) portion of the non-contributing structure in the alphabet historic district. Proposed railing improvements, following code compliance, will consist of 2 inch by 2 inch pickets spaced 5 inches on center to a height of 42 inches. 4 inch by 4 inch posts will also be added for structural support at locations between the existing full height structural posts. This approval is per the approved site plans, exhibits c-1 through c-3, signed and dated november 14, 2014, subject to the following conditions:a. As part of the building permit application submittal, each of the 4 required site plans and any additional drawings must reflect the information and design approved by this land use review as indicated in exhibits c. 1-c. 3. The sheets on which this information appears must be labeled, proposal and design as approved in case file # lu 14-214483 hr.

Ground floor: remove stairs to basement, remove all interior partitions, add 1 new office, new kitchen, new ?. Second level: remove all non bearing interior partitions, remove west stair to ? , build new east interior stair between first and second levels of single family dwelling unit with (n) separate entrances for each floor, relocate kitchen & dining, add half bath, three bedcrooms & 1 bath to remain. Third level: replace existing bedroom with new bathroom, 2 bedrooms to remain. Exterior changes: some new doors & windows.
