Customer wants to use eplans,the property is a 2. 5-story frame queen anne-style house in the clarksburg historic district, built between 1891-19 on a 2. 8 acre site. The proposed project will alter the interior of the building to create an business office for use as an outpatient clinic with four exam rooms and three second-floor offices. Changes include: new hvac, plumbing and electrical systems; new exterior fire stair from the second floor to grade as well as a new exit stoop from a new fire rated interior egress stair. The deteriorating side porch will be replaced and a ramp added to the accessible entrance. Where necessary, the wood siding will be repaired/replaced and the wood windows will be restored. The driveway will be enlarged to provide six parking places and a fire department turn-around. The open space in front of the house will be maintained.
