Replacement of three rear, alley facing, non-original windows,frames and sashes on the 3rd floor of owner-occupied home, because the existing frames are deteriorating with wood chunks falling every storm. We plan to use a wood ultimate double-hung style by marvin which looks just like the existing 3rd floor windows as well as the 2nd floor windows which we replaced 5 years ago and are pella architectural series. Depending on the condition of the mansard roofing, some replacement of flashing and/or slate roof tiles may be needed.
