Install 2-inch pe ip main in 186th avenue ne from 12 feet south of center line of ne 24th street at feet west of center line extending 5 feet to the south and tie into the main at 219 feet north of center line of ne 21st. Replace services from 2213 north to 2321. Method of installation will be drill (open excavation if drill method unsuccessful).
