For preliminary arc review. Conceptual documents only. Renovation of four existing buildings (school, rectory, church and convent) to house a boutique hotel. Renovation will include minor exterior alterations. In order to make habitable guest rooms in the tall attic space of the school building, we propose to install either dormers or skylights to bring natural light into that space. The hotel will include 71 guest rooms spread across the buildings, and support spaces for hotel operation. The project was granted a conditional use for a hotel over 10,0 sf.
