Interior exterior renovation with trades. (mep) replacing doors, refurbishing windows, repairing termite damage, installing new subfloor, and changing interior layout as per architects plans. No load bearing walls are to be changed. We will also be removing exterior aluminum siding and replacing with wood where rotted. Roof will remain the same. Structural items, existing piers, and beams will remain intact. Floor joists will be sistered as needed. Interior ceilings will remain intact. Cosmetic upgrades include, flooring, paint, trim, tile, cabinets, appliances, etc.
