Install (6) ckts and (8) fixtures or devices as per code

Install 2 sf of laminate flooring on the first floor: 2 sf of carpet on the second floor and stairs; sf of tile in bathroom (floor and tub surround) replace sink vanity and fixtures in bathroom; install towel/toilet paper bars etc. Installl kitch

Replace front door and transom window including frame. Paint front of home including stairway. Replace (4) front windows(same size as originals). As per code.

Repair drywall and trim throughout paint interior of home. Install interior doors throughout asper code.
