Amend permit #com2014-07204 issued on 08/20/14 with plans #2014-697 to add the following: notice to proceed final approval on exterior details: roof: corning 3-tab asphalt shingles estate grey windows: jeldwen wood 6/6 windows with 7/8" bead simulated divided lights with internal silver shadow bar. Shutters: wood proportional to windows painted black. Siding: 6" hardieboard with wood grain painted white and half-round hardie shingles painted light gray to match as closely as possible the lightest shade of grey of the shingles. This color will be approved onsite after a test sample is painted. Trim boards: wood painted white. Front door: fiberglass four paneled door painted yellow (color approved by dickeyville arc). Transom window: add two beaded muntins applied on the interior and exterior so that it looks like the approved 3 light transom. Rear french doors: wood 15 light door painted white. Gutters: 5" aluminum white. Dormer will have 6/6 wood windows and decorative molded woodwork
