Approximately 26 square feet of new shingles will be installed on the main house, east addition, garage, and breezeway. Gutters may need to be removed and set aside to be re-installed once roofing work is completed. We will tear off the existing layers of shingles, clean up all debris and haul away. We will lay tarps on the ground to catch all removed shingles, nails, etc. Protective barriers will be placed against the house to protect the landscaping and the house as shingles are being removed. 1) wood repair included. 2) we will install approximately 3 linear feet of new metal drip edge to all eaves of the main house roof and at the dormer eaves. 3) approximately 8 square feet of water & ice barrier will be installed along the eaves, extending up the roof 3 beyond the interior walls per code.
