Install new rear french style door as per plans and widen existing window on rear wall elevation. Handrails and guard rails as per plans and per codestructural alterations/exterior work - new rear yard fence: length - 58 -6 high wood/composite new rear yard deck and stair: tread 11 rise 7 3/4" width 36"; remove window and create door in existing opening; excavate a small portion of recycled asphalt in back - 16 x as per sketch/code.
