Approval of a remodel to the existing cinema on the upper floors of the lloyd center mall at the north end along ne halsey located in the lloyd sub district of the central city plan district. The interior and exterior remodel will convert the cinemas to future creative office space. The exterior alterations include: a painted plaster coat over the smooth face cmu on the west elevation (split-face cmu to remain the same). New aluminum windows (clear anodized finish) will be added to all facades. A shallow metal surround will be added to the new building entry on the west faade.
