Construct temporary stabilized construction entrance (s) and subject to the conditions as noted below. Proper precautions must be taken to keep the roadways free of mud, debris or other obstructions. Prior to release of this permit, the temporary entrance will be removed and complete repair shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right of way. The temporary construction entrnace will front onto brink road at the location shown on the attached drawing. A sight distance certification is on file.
