Replace existing exterior front door with custom manufactured door of same dimensions and wood materials same size and same locations as per sketch paint door as per code notice to proceed remove exterior front dual doors and replace with new wood doors to match existing in materials and size. Chap authorization to proceed remove existing wood work at cornice. Install new cornice and window trim at the uppermost windows with azek and fypon material. Paint all new trim behr exterior semi-gloss white. All work to match information on file with chap.
