On "premises a & b": an existing detached structure to remain, for use as a personal care home for thirty-two (32) persons to comply with the provisions of 14-603(11). For the erection of a six (6) ft fence on both sides of the property and an eight (8) ft high fence at the rear of the property. On "premises c": for use as passive recreation and for the erection of an eight (8) ft fence at the front of the property. Size and location as show on the application/plans.
