Grading only byg; grading permit comments approved with conditions: 1. Silt fencing must be installed as per detail 4. 01 of the city of asheville standard specifications manual. 2. Gravel mud mat must be installed as per detail 4. 08 and maintained. 3. Due to the steepness of the grade extra precaution must be taken to keep erosion on the site and off the adjoining neighbors land and waterways. 4.
