Preliminary plan review

New transformer and or service overhead by teco this scope changes the use from a motor vehicle repair shop (h) to a distillery (h). Level 2 alterations include the reconfiguration of space, the addition or elimination of doors and or windows, the reconfiguration or extension of any system, and the installation of any additional equipment. Scope of work includes interior alterations to the floor plan to provide a distillery, storage, tasting room, mercantile area and restrooms. New door openings in existing interior masonry walls, new foundations and underground utilities. Exterior work includes new concrete slab(s) for equipment and a small, open air lean-to roof. New parking lot to meet code per civil drawings.

Plans were submitted incomplete by the contractor. Pertinent sheets were removed and the resulting demolition is incomplete and incorrect. Scope of work identified in these missing sheets has left the building in a precarious state. This work needs to be completed immediately as part of the execution of demolition. In addition, there was a modification to the equipment locations requiring additional slab cuts revised demolition plan (sheet a2. 01).

Re-roof - tpo system

Proposed connection to existing 6" water main within east 4th avenue via 6"x 4" tapping sleeve & valve, install backflow preventer in vault, fire line to building, plus fdc connection toward 4th avenue.
