Oak tree in the back yard is an endangerment to the house. When the bank had the roof fixed in order to sell the house the people had to cut into the trunk of the tree to keep it off the roof. Since then there have been issues with certain branches and the trunk is now hitting the roof and if it already hasnt it is going to start damaging the roof of the house. The tree just needs to be removed because the trunk is right up on the roof and overtime the trunk is only going to get bigger and cutting a notch in the trunk is not a permanent solution.
