There is an accumulation of articles and trash bags on the front porch- according to article ii sec 15-39 of the asheville municipal code- the accumulation and storage of refuse and trash under the following circumstances shall be prohibited: (1) the accumulation of refuse or trash on any lot, property, premises, public street, sidewalk, alley or other public or private place. Failure of the owner or occupant, after notice of violation, to remove and correct any such unauthorized accumulation of refuse or trash shall be deemed a violation of this chapter i am unsure of who in the city would be contacted to post a notice of violation.
